A three-judge panel of the Cincinnati-based 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the FCC did not have the legal authority to reinstate landmark net neutrality rules initially implemented in 2015, Reuters’ David Shepardson reports. Companies in the space include AT&T (T), T-Mobile (TMUS), Comcast (CMCSK) (CMCSA), Verizon (VZ), Altice (ATUS), Deutsche Telekom (DTEGY), and Charter (CHTR).
