Apollo announced that Apollo-managed funds have agreed to acquire Eagle Creek Renewable Energy. Financial terms were not disclosed. Eagle Creek owns and operates 85 hydroelectric facilities across 18 states. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of regulatory approvals, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
