Apollo Global (APO) has agreed to buy Univar Solutions (UNVR) for $8.1B including debt, The Wall Street Journal’s Laura Cooper and Lauren Thomas report. According to people familiar with the matter, the deal is expected to value Univar, a chemical company, at $36.15 per share and will be announced on Tuesday. Reference Link
