Apollo Commercial completes $1.9B of loan originations in 2024

Apollo Commercial (ARI) Real Estate Finance announced the Company originated $782 million of loans in the fourth quarter of 2024, bringing annual loan originations to $1.9 billion for the year. “ARI completed $1.9 billion of loan originations in 2024, as the Company continues to benefit from the robust origination activity of the broader Apollo real estate credit business,” said Stuart Rothstein, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. “ARI believes the new vintage loans will generate attractive levered returns on equity.”
