Antero Midstream repurchased 2.3M shares in Q3

During the third quarter of 2025, Antero Midstream (AM) repurchased 2.3 million shares for $41 million. Antero Midstream had approximately $385 million of remaining capacity under its $500 million authorized share repurchase program as of September 30, 2025. Year-to-date through September 30, 2025, total shares purchased under the share repurchase program and for tax withholding obligations have totaled 6.7 million shares at a weighted average price of $17.05 per share.
