Anson Funds Management announced that it has nominated a slate of directors – Fumbi Chima, Laura Lee, and Kelley Morrell – for election at the Match 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. “Anson Funds also published a letter to Match stockholders outlining the urgent need for change at the Company to address long-term underperformance driven by a history of poor oversight, subpar corporate governance practices, and misaligned board culture,” the fund said in a statement.
