Anduril says taking over Army IVAS program, pending DOD approval

Anduril Industries stated in a post on X: “Anduril is taking over the @USArmy’s Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) program pending @DeptofDefense approval. We are now fully responsible for production, hardware, software, and integrating Lattice to greatly expand warfighter capabilities.” Canaccord recently noted reports that the U.S. Army will launch a re-compete for the goggles used in its landmark IVAS program and said they felt Kopin (KOPN) was likely in a strong position to potentially capture the display portion of the program, which the firm added could represent “an opportunity in the hundreds of millions of dollars over several years.”
