The Andersons (ANDE) announces that Emmanuel Ayuk will join the company as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, reporting to President and CEO Bill Krueger, beginning September 2, 2025. Ayuk previously served as chief counsel for the Ag Services & Oilseeds Business Unit at ADM.
