The market hasn’t yet recognized the value that will be created by Amcor’s (AMCR) agreement to buy Berry Global (BERY), representatives of investor Ancora are quoted as having said at the Bloomberg Activism Forum 2024. Amcor’s share price could eventually rise to about $16 thanks to the deal, representing 50% to 70% upside from its current price, Ancora is quoted by Bloomberg as having argued at the event.
