Amtech Systems appoints Sabol as Chief Financial Officer

Amtech Systems (ASYS) announced the appointment of Thomas Sabol as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective May 14, 2026. In this role, Sabol will also serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer and principal financial officer Sabol will replace Mark Weaver, who has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
