Amphenol removed from ‘Tactical Outperform’ list at Evercore

Evercore ISI is removing Amphenol (APH) from the firm’s “Tactical Outperform” list following Nvidia’s (NVDA) GTC keynote, which it says provided “critical clarity” on the roadmap for copper and CPO through 2028. Nvidia has “effectively ended the ‘Copper vs. Optics’ debate” by committing to a hybrid scaling strategy, says the analyst, who has an Outperform rating and $165 price target on Amphenol shares.
