Truist raised the firm’s price target on Amphenol (APH) to $182 from $180 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s $10.5B acquisition of CommScope’s Connectivity and Cable Solutions business will expand sales by 17%, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Amphenol’s track record of acquisitions has been excellent as acquisitions typically fuel not only expanding sales, but also expanding operating margins and return on invested capital, the firm added.
