Executives at companies from Campbell Soup (CPB) to Conagra Brands (CAG) are fielding questions on the drug’s potential impact. Other companies that may be impacted by the weight loss drugs include Hershey (HSY), Mondelez (MDLZ), and Hostess (TWNK).
