American States Water announces 8.3% increase in quarterly dividend

American States Water (AWR) Company announced its board of directors approved an 8.3% increase in the company’s Q3 cash dividend to 50.40c per share from 46.55c. This action marks the 357th consecutive dividend payment by the company and the 71st consecutive year of increasing the calendar year dividend. The dividend is payable on September 3 to shareholders of record as of August 15.
