BofA analyst Mihir Bhatia lowered the firm’s price target on American Express (AXP) to $381 from $382 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares following February operating results, which showed loan growth decelerating slightly on a year-over-year basis, delinquency performance in line with historic average seasonality, and slightly better loss performance.
