The company said, “Supported by our strategy flywheel, American Equity had an outstanding 2023 capped off by our strong results in the fourth quarter. FIA sales for the year were a record $7.0 billion as our shareholder value of new business-focused guaranteed income products – IncomeShield and Eagle Select Income Focus – accounted for roughly 62% of premium deposits.
