UBS analyst Jay Sole lowered the firm’s price target on American Eagle (AEO) to $28 from $32 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. UBS expects the stock price to fall in the near-term due to a below-consensus outlook for Q1 and fiscal 2025, the analyst tells investors in a research note. At the same time, the firm believes American Eagle is a mid-teens annual EPS grower and that its stock multiple significantly undervalues the company.
