BTIG analyst Janine Stichter initiated coverage of American Eagle (AEO) with a Neutral rating with no price target While the firm sees near-to-medium-term execution opportunities as the company laps prior product missteps and mitigates tariff headwinds, it believes top-line visibility remains “somewhat muted” given recent volatility, lingering consumer uncertainties and increased competition and notes that valuation has run-up on the better-than-expected Q2 results and outlook. The firm recommends looking for a more attractive entry point, the analyst noted.
