American Battery Technology Company (ABAT) announced that Lavanya Balakrishnan will join the American Battery Technology Company Board of Directors effective September 16, 2025. Balakrishnan currently serves as Vice President of Credit at Constellation Energy (CEG). Sherif Marakby, who was first appointed to the ABTC Board in March 2022, will be stepping down from his role effective September 15.
