American Airlines (AAL) has filed a notice of appearance in Spirit Aviation’s (FLYY) bankruptcy proceedings, Doyinsola Oladipo of Reuters reports. In a December 5 filing, American Airlines requested to receive all notices, including operating reports, reorganization plans, and liquidation statements.
