BofA raised the firm’s price target on AMD (AMD) to $500 from $450 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm updated its calendar year 2030 AI data center systems total addressable market outlook to about $1. 7T from $1.4T previously estimated, stating that 2026 will continue to be a year of accelerating AI sales and ROIs and that 2027 could see improving tokenomics/efficiency as new architecture compute and memory systems ramp.
