Bernstein raised the firm’s price target on AMD (AMD) to $235 from $225 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The firm says AMD’s Q4 results were good, though included $390M of China MI308 sales, driving upside to Datacenter sales. Client was above expectations, Gaming and Embedded were below. However, like prior quarters, overall profitability was impacted by higher-than-expected opex, Bernstein adds.
