Amcor increases quarterly dividend to 65c per share

The board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 65c per share, compared with 63.75c per share in the same quarter last year, declared as 12.75c per share before adjusting for the 1-for-5 reverse stock split effected on January 14. The dividend will be paid in U.S. dollars to holders of Amcor’s (AMCR) ordinary shares trading on the NYSE. The ex-dividend date will be May 27 for holders of CDIs trading on the ASX and May 28 for holders of shares trading on the NYSE. For all shareholders, the record date will be May 28 and the payment date will be June 17.
