Amcor (AMCR) appointed Stephen Scherger as EVP and CFO, effective Nov. 10. Scherger succeeds Michael Casamento, who after ten years as Amcor’s CFO has decided to return home to Australia and will leave the company as a result. Casamento will remain as an advisor to the company until June 30, 2026, to help support a smooth transition. Scherger most recently served as CFO of Graphic Packaging since 2015.
