AMC Robotics to delay filing Annual Report on Form 10-K

AMC Robotics (AMCI) announced that it will delay the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 beyond the April 15, 2026 deadline required under SEC rules. The delay is attributable to additional time necessary to finalize the accounting treatment for the warrants issued in the company’s previously announced private financing completed in connection with the business combination with AlphaVest Acquisition Corp.
