Amazon Web Services, a division of Amazon (AMZN), and Veeva Systems (VEEV) announced an expansion of their long-standing collaboration. Veeva uses AWS as the cloud infrastructure for its Veeva Vault applications, including Veeva Vault CRM Suite, with over 50 applications and data offerings now using AWS. Building on this, Veeva is expanding beyond infrastructure use, including integrating Amazon Connect into its Vault CRM Service Center. AWS also recently joined Veeva’s AI Partner program.
