Amazon intends to drastically reduce the number of packages it ships through the U.S. Postal Service, a move that could cost the agency millions of dollars in revenue, the Wall Street Journal’s Esther Fung reports. The ecommerce giant has already started to sharply cut down its postal volume and seeks to lower it by two-thirds by fall of this year, sources told The Journal.
