Amazon managers will use a new, stricter system to evaluate how corporate employees demonstrate the company’s core values in their work, according to an internal document obtained by Business Insider’s Eugene Kim. The new system uses a three-tiered approach to assess employee adherence to the company’s values, Kim writes.
