Amazon’s top stock holdings as of December 31, 2025, were Rivian (RIVN), Beta Technologies, Astera Labs (ALAB), Marvell (MRVL) and Nautilus Biotechnology (NAUT). Beta Technologies in after-hours trading is up 8%, or $1.37, to $18.14.
