DA Davidson keeps a Buy rating and $230 price target on Amazon.com (AMZN) after its Q1 earnings. The company’s results beat expectations on the top and bottom line, but these were largely overshadowed by Amazon Web Services growth that decelerated from the previous quarter, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The management also noted that there was some unpredictability in AWS growth given enterprise sales cycles and fluctuations with capacity constraints in AI-related services, the firm adds.
