Amazon.com (AMZN) disclosed a 5.3% stake in Beta Technologies (BETA), which represents over 11.75M shares. The filing with the SEC does not allow for activism. Beta shares are up 9% to $18.28 in after-hours trading following Amazon’s regulatory filing.
