MoffettNathanson analyst Michael Nathanson notes that Amazon (AMZN) announced that Disney’s (DIS) real-time ad exchange, DRAX, will now be integrated into Amazon’s demand-side platform the day after a similar move was announced with Roku (ROKU). Echoing what the firm notes it has stated throughout the year, MoffettNathanson says Amazon is “chipping away at The Trade Desk’s (TTD) moat.” The recent integrations of Amazon’s DSP with Roku and Disney are “a net negative” for Trade Desk, adds the analyst, who has a Neutral rating on the shares.
