The company announced that its board of directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of 30c per share of common stock for the first quarter of 2026, which represents a 5.3% increase as compared to the company’s previous quarterly cash dividend of 28.5c per share of common stock. The common stock cash dividend is payable on March 31 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 12.
