On April 27, Alphabet’s (GOOG) (GOOGL) Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22c per share, representing a 5% increase from the previous quarterly dividend of 21c per share. The dividend is payable on June 15 to stockholders of record for each of the company’s Class A, Class B, and Class C shares as of June 8.
