Stifel upgraded Alpha & Omega to Hold from Sell with a price target of $25, up from $18. The firm sees reduced risks after the company sold its China joint venture stake for $150M in cash. The risk/reward on Alpha & Omega shares is now relatively balanced, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Stifel now sees an improved balance sheet and a reduced China overhang for the company.
