Allison Transmission (ALSN) announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company’s quarterly dividend from 27c to 29c per share on the company’s common stock and has declared a cash dividend of 29c per share on the company’s common stock for the first quarter of 2026. Payment will be made on March 20 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 9.
