Raymond James downgraded Allied Properties (APYRF) to Underperform from Market Perform with a price target of C$18.75, up from C$18. After a more than 60% rally since April, Allied’s shares may face a pullback as the valuation adjusts to slower expected occupancy recovery and heightened investment risks ahead of its 3Q25 results, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
