Allied Gaming & Entertainment issued a statement in response to Knighted Pastures’ announcement that it has terminated its proxy contest against the company. Allied said it “welcomes the decision by Knighted Pastures to end its disruptive campaign.” The company noted that a federal court’s preliminary injunction, issued earlier in the month, found that Allied was likely to succeed on the merits of its claims. The conclusion of the proxy contest allows the company to return to executing its growth strategy, Allied added.
