Allied Gaming & Entertainment acknowledges a recent filing by Ourgame International Holdings Limited, one of AGAE‘s shareholders, which also references a legal letter that Ourgame sent to AGAE’s Board of Directors. In the filing and letter, Ourgame expressed opposition to certain actions recently taken by AGAE’s Board of Directors and management, citing concerns over the impact on their interests as a shareholder. The Company respects and values the opinions of all its shareholders and remains committed to engaging with them in an open and constructive manner. While AGAE is actively responding to the requests in the letter, it firmly disagrees with Ourgame’s characterization of the Board’s recent decisions.
