BMO Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Alliant Energy (LNT) to $64 from $66 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The firm expects Alliant’s Q1 EPS results to be above the 75c consensus and does not expect management to divert from their 5%-7% long-term EPS growth, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO expects a sizable capital plan increase with the additional 1GWs of data center load being formalized in the forecast.
