Allego announced its Chief Financial Officer, Ton Louwers, is leaving the Company effective June 30.Following Allego’s public listing in March of 2022, Mr. Louwers is transitioning away from the Company to pursue new opportunities. Allego has initiated an external search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
