Allegion (ALLE), through one of its subsidiaries, has acquired Brisant Secure. Founded in 2011 and based in Dewsbury, UK, Brisant sells a range of residential security solutions, including mechanical and electronic locks as well as door accessories. Its Ultion brand is renowned for premium high-security lock cylinders and key systems. Brisant will report into the Allegion International segment. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
