Allegiant Travel (ALGT) announced the anticipated structure of its Board of Directors following the acquisition of Sun Country Airlines (SNCY). Upon closing, the Allegiant Board will expand from eight to eleven members with Jude Bricker, Jennifer Vogel and Thomas Kennedy, all current Sun Country Board members, to join Allegiant’s Board at that time.
