Alibaba (BABA) will offer about $6.98B in coupons and vouchers over the next 12 months to boost its delivery and e-commerce services, The Wall Street Journal’s Tracy Qu reports. Alibaba plans to launch new data centers in Malaysia and the Philippines to advance its AI push, and Alibaba Cloud is expanding in Southeast Asia with new facilities and an AI hub to meet the growing demand for AI services, Qu writes.
