Raymond James upgraded Algonquin Power (AQN) to Outperform from Market Perform with a price target of $7.25, up from $6.50. Algonquin’s operational and regulatory execution continues to improve, and the share pullback following the revision of 2027 EPS guidance is overdone, the analyst tells investors in a research note. With cost discipline taking hold, customer-service performance stabilizing, and continued constructive outcomes across key rate cases, Algonquin remains well on its way to strengthening its core regulated utility business, Raymond James says.
