Piper Sandler raised the firm’s price target on Alerus Financial (ALRS) to $23 from $22 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm says the company generated very solid results in Q1 with 23% PPNR upside via stronger net interest income that benefited from greater net interest margin expansion as well as robust loan and deposit growth.
