On Sunday, Alaska Air (ALK)lines grounded its entire fleet for several hours due to a software outage, Sherry Qin and Benjamin Katz of The Wall Street Journal reports. “We requested a temporary, systemwide ground stop for Alaska and Horizon Air flights,” the airline said after experiencing an IT outage.
