Airo Group (AIRO) announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent with Nord Drone to establish a strategic joint venture. The JV is aimed at accelerating the deployment of combat-proven unmanned aerial systems to the U.S., Ukraine, and other NATO member countries. Under the LOI, Airo Group is expected to contribute manufacturing oversight and government procurement leadership, while Nord Drone will provide its drone technologies and production facilities.
