AirDNA data suggests February slowdown for Airbnb, says Evercore ISI

Evercore ISI reports that AirDNA, a short-term rental data and analytics company, shows Q1 tracking that points to “slight-to-modest downside” to Street estimates for room nights booked and bookings at Airbnb (ABNB), but upside for revenue. All three estimates – nights, bookings, and revenue – for Q1 were revised lower from the January update, implying that February may have seen a softening in leisure travel demand, adds the analyst, who has an In Line rating and $165 price target on Airbnb shares.
