The Canadian Union of Public Employees, CUPE, a union representing 10,000 flight attendants at Air Canada (ACDVF), said its members will disobey a government order to return to work after going on strike, Paul Vieira of The Wall Street Journal reports. CUPE plans to ask a federal judge to block the government’s order imposing a binding arbitration between the union and the airline.
